1) How to disable welcome screen?
    1) You must have a administrator user account
    2) Open User accounts in Control Panel.
    3) Click change the way users log on or off.
    4) To specify that users log on to the computer without using the Welcome screen, clear the Use the Welcome screen check box.
         The Welcome screen will no longer appear when you start the computer. To log on to the computer, type your user name
        (and password, if you have one) in the standard Log Onto Windows dialog box.

2) How to create an administrator user?
    1) You must have A administrator user account.
    2) Right Click on my Computer
    3) Click on manage
    4) Computer management will Open
    5) In that click on local users and groups
    6) Below taht yuou can see users and groups
    7) Right click on Users and click on New User
    8) Give a User name, * name and password
    9) Right Click on the user created and go to properties
    10) In the properties u can find General, Member Of and Profile
    11) Click on Member Of in that you can find Add putton in the botton.
    12) Click on add you can find a popup menu as select groups in that click the advanced tab
    13) In that you will be able to find a "Find Now" Button Click on that
    14) In this you will be able to see "Administrator" click on this and click ok
    15) Again Click Ok
    16) Now you will be able to see Administrator in the Member of Coloum
    17) Click ok
    18) The the user is member of Administrator.

3) How to create a limited user?
    1) Right Click on my Computer
    2) Click on manage
    3) Computer management will Open
    4) In that click on local users and groups
    5) Below taht you can see users and groups
    6) Right click on Users and click on New User
    7) Give a User name, * name and password
    8) Deafult this is a limited user group.

4) How to change the password of the user?
    1) Right Click on my Computer
    2) Click on manage
    3) Computer management will Open
    4) In that click on local users and groups
    5) Below that you can see users and groups
    6) Right click on Users and click set password
    7) A popup will will apper stating to proceed, cancel and Help
    8) Click on Proceed and give the password and confirm the password.
    9) Click ok

5) How to disable/enable the guest user?
    1) Right Click on my Computer
    2) Click on manage
    3) Computer management will Open
    4) In that click on local users and groups
    5) Below that you can see users and groups
    6) Right click on Users Guest
    7) Click on Properties
    8) Where you can find Account is disable check box
    9) By Checking the box tick the guest user is disable
    10) By unchecking the box the guest user is enable
    11) by deafulf guest user is disable

6) How to change the picture of the user?
    1) Click Start Button
    2) Clcik on Control Pannel
    3) Where in control pannel click on user accounts
    4) Clicl on the account for which you want to change the picture.
    5) Click on change picture
    6) Click a picture in the windows, or click browse for more pictures, and then click the pictures that you want to use.
    7) When the selected picture is highlighted in the windows, clik change picture.

7) How to change the menu view?
    1) Right click start and select properties
    2) Click the radio button next to classic strat menu for viewing in classic and click ok
    3) Click the radio button next to strat menu for viewing in Windows Xp style and click ok

8) How to run scandisk?
    1) Open my Computer
    2) Right Click on the drive you want to run scandisk
    3) Click on properties
    4) In the properties Select the "Tool" tab
    5) In the error checking section click on 'Check now button'
    6) Select from the options to customise your scan and click on start to run the scandisk.

9) How to run chkdsk?
    1) You must have A administrator account to run chkdsk
    2)  Click Start Button
    3) Click on Run and type "CMD" and acess command propmt
    4) In the command propmt type chkdsk this will run chkdsk

10) How to run Recovery console?
    1) Insert Windows Xp Cd into the CD-ROM drive and restart
    2) Be sure the Boot Priroity is of your CD-ROM
    3) Text based setup begins follows the prompts.
    4) Choose the Repair or recovery option by Pressing R.
    5) When Propmted type the Administrator password.
    6) This is the Process to run Recovery Console.

It is a good idea to use the Windows XP error checking tool if you keep getting unexplained error messages or say your computer was shut down in a harmful way.
